When will the order be shipped?

If the items are in stock, your order will be shipped on the next business day after payment of the invoice.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping fee is calculated according to parcel delivery rates, and this amount will be included in your invoice. 

How can I return or exchange a purchase?

If an item is damaged or does not match your order, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt. The buyer covers shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

Can our porcelain products be washed in a dishwasher?

Yes, our porcelain tableware can be washed in a dishwasher without worry.

Why are our cups not perfectly round?

We let our tableware take its own shape during the firing process which results in each piece becoming entirely unique.
