ORDERING TERMS
The Customer places an order by adding the desired products to the “shopping cart” and providing their first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, payment method, and delivery method.
PAYMENT TERMS
The currency used on the website is EUR.
Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, operated by Maksekeskus AS:
- Latvian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
- Estonian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
- Lithuanian online bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
- Visa/Mastercard card payments
Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
DELIVERY TERMS
Orders will be delivered according to the information specified in the order. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method and delivery address.
We deliver goods via Latvijas Pasts and Omniva. Orders can also be collected at our production facility “Piensaimnieki”.
Orders are delivered to the Buyer’s specified address within 2–10 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to dispatch the order within up to 20 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly.
ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment by notifying us in writing via email at: info@porcelanadarbnica.lv
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal allows you to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract (cancel the order) within a specified period without paying any penalty, interest, or compensation.
You may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods or part of the goods.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods to the Seller. In the event of a return, the full amount paid for the product will be refunded.
Submitting a withdrawal notice within 14 days from receipt of the goods terminates the contract and releases you from any contractual obligations, except for costs related to returning the goods to the manufacturer, Seller, or service provider.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, you are responsible for all delivery-related expenses. Product prices are indicated in EUR and include 21% VAT.
By exercising the withdrawal rights specified in these terms, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods and for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.
The Seller has the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or until the Seller verifies that the goods are unused, in full resale condition, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original documents (if any were included).
You are responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during return shipping.
The goods must be returned complete, in the original packaging, and without visual damage (scratches, damaged packaging, etc.); otherwise, the Seller has the right to refuse the return.
By beginning to use the purchased product, you confirm that it corresponds to the ordered item and it can no longer be returned.
Descriptions and images of products are for informational purposes only.
You are obliged to return the goods within 7 (seven) days after sending the written notice of withdrawal (if the goods have been received).
The Seller is obliged to refund the amount paid for the goods immediately, but no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s written notice of withdrawal.
You lose the right of withdrawal if you have opened the product packaging or if you fail to notify the Seller of the withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions, including that these terms constitute the entire current agreement between you and the Seller regarding the use of the website and its content.
The Seller has the right to amend and update these terms at any time by publishing the relevant changes on the website and indicating the date of the latest revision. Any changes to these terms and conditions take effect immediately upon publication.
You agree that by continuing to use the website after such changes are made, you confirm your acceptance of all amendments.
